煙燻鮭魚冷盤 Smoked Salmon Appetizers


準備材料
煙燻鮭魚 Smoked Salmon  
洋蔥 chopped Onion  
蒔蘿 Dill sprigs, for garnish
萊姆 Lime(or Lemon), halved and sliced


調味料
橄欖油 Olive oil
酸豆 Capers, rinsed and drained
粗粒黑胡椒粉 Black pepper(optional)


步驟
1.將洋蔥切絲,泡在冰水裡,去除辛辣味,就不會嗆口
2.將煙燻鮭魚拿出包裝,切成適合入口的大小
3.切絲泡水的洋蔥拿出並瀝乾,均勻舖在盤底
4.於盤中舖上煙燻鮭魚,通常會把它舖成中間較高的形狀
5.最後灑上幾圈橄欖油,加上幾枝切段的蒔蘿和些許酸豆
6.將萊姆切成四等份,擺盤等上桌後自行取用即可
